How care works
One midwife for prenatal, birth, & postpartum care
Getting to know you
Hour-long prenatal visits monthly until 36 weeks, then weekly until birth, with personal education, labs, screenings, and a home visit before birth.
Labor at home
On call from 37 weeks, with a birth pool ready if you'd like a water birth. I arrive in active labor with a trained assistant and stay until mother and baby are settled.
The fourth trimester
Home visits at 24 hours, 3 days, and 1 week, with newborn exams, weight checks, and feeding support, then a final visit at 6 weeks.
