Home Birth Midwifery Care

$5,000 Taylor holds a keepsake welcome certificate with a fresh footprint beside a newborn after a home birth

A complete package for a natural, unmedicated birth at home, covering pregnancy, birth, and six weeks postpartum. Includes:

All routine prenatal care visits, in my office or your home
Standard labs and referral for ultrasound as you choose
A 36-week home visit to walk through your birth space and plan
A folder with informational handouts
Access to our Lending Library
Labor and birth attendance, with a trained birth assistant included
Use of a birth pool for laboring or giving birth in water, plus most birth supplies
Newborn exam, newborn screening, and hearing screening
Postpartum home visits and lactation support
Filing of the birth certificate and information on filing for Social Security

Personal, unrushed care for your health during pregnancy and the postpartum period. These visits are open to any family, including those planning a hospital birth or who birthed with another provider.

Collaborative care for families unable or not planning to have a homebirth but wanting partial home-based care
Pregnancy wellness visits: vitals, baby's heartbeat, and monitoring growth, with time for your questions
Nutrition, movement, and rest guidance for each trimester
Postpartum recovery checks: vitals, bleeding, healing, breastfeeding, and sleep
Newborn weight checks during postpartum visits
Emotional wellbeing screening, with referrals to local support when needed

My well woman care is focused on pregnancy and the postpartum period. For annual exams and care outside of pregnancy, I'm glad to refer you to a trusted provider.
